Terms and Conditions
Our mission is to make designing NationBuilder websites more accessible to all users. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe our commitments to you, and your rights and responsibilities when using our products and services (“Services”). Please read them carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to become bound by these Terms.
Terms of Service
Minimum Age Requirements
Our Services are not directed to children. Access to and use of our Services is only for those 18 years of age or older. Any person who registers as a user or provides their personal information to our Services represents that they are 18 years of age or older.
Fees, Payment, and Renewal
By using our Services, you agree to pay the specified fees or we may immediately revoke your access. For recurring fees, we’ll charge you in regular automatically-renewing intervals (such as monthly or annually) until you cancel, which you can do at any time by contacting us.
Fee Changes We may change our fees at any time, or start charging fees for Services that were previously free. When applicable, we may give you advance notice of the fee changes. If you don’t agree with the fee changes, you must cancel your Service.
Refunds While you may cancel your Service at any time, refunds are issued in our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Our Services are built to function on a clean installation of the appropriate theme. We do not guarantee our Services will continue to function if a theme is installed improperly or custom modifications are made to the underlying code.
